Degree show

What I decided to display for the Degree Show was my ongoing project "Flowers make everything better".

The aim of the project originated on the theme of happiness. However, this has developed into a project that aims to make you more aware of mental health, and that it's okay to not be okay. Flowers were my inspiration, as we are very much alike - when others try to cut us down, we grow and thrive.

I focused on the arms as I felt that they were representations of the stems of flowers, a vulnerable yet strong element.
